Cancellation Policy
Window: Cancellations are accepted only if a request is submitted within 3 days of placing the order.

Exceptions: Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the order has already been processed by our merchants, initiated for shipment, or is currently out for delivery.

Refund Policy
Approval Window: Once an eligible cancellation or return request is processed and approved, we will issue the refund within 3–5 business days.

Crediting Timeline: The money will credit in your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, strictly subject to your banking institution's processing cycles.

Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping charges are entirely non-refundable.
